Are you creating beautiful art of Iberian horses, and looking for an opportunity to gain exposure?
The International Andalusian & Lusitano Horse Association is proud to announce their 2022 National Championship Show Art Contest.
Any abstract or representational art of Spanish or Portuguese Iberian horses featuring their beauty, heritage, or diversity is welcomed.
This is an international competition and artists from around the world are invited to submit their work. All painting and drawing art mediums are acceptable. Each artist may submit up to two entries.
The work(s) presented must be original and created by the person entering it. The winning artist will be provided a vendor booth at next year’s National Show and may display and/or offer for sale any of their other works of art.
The winning art or a quality print of the original must be available for sale – by IALHA – at the show. Applications will be accepted through October 15th, 2021. Entries may be sent to Linda Matherly at lmillsaps@nullcharter.net. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
The IALHA National Championship show attracts horses, exhibitors, volunteers and spectators from far and wide, who come together to celebrate the magnificent breeds we are passionate about.
This distinctive event features pure bred and half-bred Andalusian and Lusitano horses. It highlights their incredible versatility by offering classes for all disciplines.
The artwork selected to represent this distinctive event contributes greatly to the festive show atmosphere and we hope you will be a part of the celebration!.
