Meet all those in and behind the IALHA April Calendar image:

Monika Blesk, a seasoned photographer based in Las Vegas, brings her 20 years of experience to every shot she captures. With a passion for delivering a fun and stress-free experience, Monika specializes in crafting high-quality, imaginative, and timeless images that resonate across generations. “When I pick up my camera, I become a storyteller. My goal is to transport viewers to the cherished moments and places immortalized in my photos.”

Jeitoso is a remarkable 9-year-old Lusitano gelding who embarked on his journey in Working Equitation before transitioning to Dressage just a year ago, where he has quickly excelled. Jeitoso was bred by Janet Pullen and Audra Zehe in Florida, and acquired by Rebecca Lindy in December 2022.  The pair clinched a spot at the 2022 USDF Regionals at 3rd level. Currently schooling at the FEI levels, he shows exceptional talent in movements like Passage and Piaffe.

Rebecca Lindy discovered her love for riding at the age of 28 and has since achieved success across disciplines including H/J, Equitation, Eventing, and Dressage. With a number of State and Regional Championships to her name, as well as notable placings at the US Eventing Championships and USDF Dressage Finals, Rebecca’s joy stems from the profound bond and shared journey with her equine partner. Under the guidance of Missy Gilliland in Scottsdale, AZ, Rebecca continues to refine her skills alongside Jeitoso.  Supported by a dedicated team of breeders, owners, trainers, and friends, Jeitoso thrives in his competitive career and overall well-being.
